The PrivaSI Lab of the Department of Cultural Technology and Communication has achieved the highest evaluation score (97.8/100) in the 2nd Call for Research Projects by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.), under the category "Engineering and Technology Sciences."


The awarded proposal, “An Integrated Socio-technical Approach for Self-Adaptive Privacy Requirements Identification within Cloud (Cloud-InSPiRe)”, was ranked 1st among 84 selected proposals from Greek universities and research institutions, out of a total of 357 submissions.


This recognition reflects the high-quality research conducted by the PrivaSI Lab team and underlines its interdisciplinary innovation in user-centric privacy protection within cloud environments. The 36-month project, with a budget of €200,000, will be conducted in collaboration with research teams from Bournemouth University (UK) and University of Málaga (Spain), enhancing the international profile of the University of the Aegean.
